Our Approach

The way that we deal with all clients is straightforward. What we offer is practical, implementable, costs effective solutions that are achievable within a realistic timescale.

Once we have taken a brief a number of us meet as a team to ensure that we fully understand what the client wants to gain from our work. Any uncertainties are then discussed further with the client to get complete clarity. This may appear pedantic but we believe that this stage can significantly speed up the project in total.

From the moment we arrive at the company our approach is collegiate with all members of the department affected and other departments that might be dependances involved from the very beginning.

We communicate with management on a daily basis and at the mid-point would produce a short presentation to ensure that a sense check took place and that our line of thinking was understood and accepted.

At the conclusion of our work we would produce a full written recommendation with all the associated costs, benefits and likely management implications highlighted. In addition there would be a short version on Powerpoint also provided.
