We are a team of practical retailers who though graduate training programmes and the like have worked in blue chip retail businesses from the ground floor upwards.All of us have been directors up to CEO level in some of the best known retail, e-tail and mail order businesses in the UK and Europe.

We completely understand the problems faced by managers in todays tough retail climate and have the ability to think laterally and work with individual groups to resolve the many detailed problems that hold back the level of performance that you are seeking.

Between us we have floated a business on the stock market; started a multi-channel business from scratch and built it to a t/o over £120m within 3 years; Worked with one of the largest retailers in India to develop and introduce new merchandising systems; launched one of the most radical home stores in the UK and many other similar assignments.
